Warm hospitality in a quiet retreat

We felt welcomed by Matt's warm smile and helpful nature. The house had a charming decor and was impeccably clean. The breakfast offered a nice variety, and the homey atmosphere made every morning special.

The superior king room was airy, included an electric kettle, a personal safe and central heating. The view of next doors garden was particularly nice and breakfast was incredible and excellent. The location was marvellous and absolutely perfect, close to a tram station.

The rooms are beautifully designed with luxury bathrooms.

Spacious and clean rooms provided a relaxing atmosphere, and the friendly hosts. The breakfast options were somewhat limited, mainly focusing on sweeter items, and it would have been nice to have more variety, especially with more substantial choices. Great for couples and those seeking a quiet retreat!

Room 3 offered comfort and space. A refrigerator would enhance the stay.

Breakfast at Croham Park had a fab selection, especially with the wholemeal bread made just for us! Plus, our room had a beautiful view of the charming garden.

I recently had a wonderful stay, enjoying the spacious room and modern ensuite. The garden view from my room added such a nice touch, though I wished for a fridge. I would definitely return!

Great Hospitality and Breakfast!

The room was spacious and impeccably clean, and our hosts, Matt and Bev, went out of their way to ensure we felt comfortable. Breakfast was a standout, with a fantastic selection that included a delicious Full English and even pancakes! The B&B is located in a quiet residential area. If I had to suggest an improvement, perhaps a bit more variety in the dining choices would enhance the experience further.

Croham Park, Free Parking & Wi-Fi is lovely. Matt and Bev are really good hosts, always. The location is quiet yet convenient, with easy access to trams and shops.

The location is marvellous, close to a local eatery and residential South Croydon and London Bridge. the staff is super with fantastic service from the owners. - the single room is gorgeous with great details.

The room is nicely decorated and looks fresh. It has a work desk for getting stuff done, a spot for making tea and coffee whenever you want, and a TV with lots of channels 🌟.

Spacious and super clean rooms with cozy beds, plus a delicious breakfast! the staff goes above and beyond with their service. Parking is a breeze here! 🅿️
